About the lecturer
Bishop Susan Bell has served as the 12th Bishop of Niagara since 2018, becoming the first woman to hold this role. A leader in mission-focused renewal, she chairs the Ontario Provincial Commission on Theological Education and co-chairs the Anglican-Methodist International Coordinating Committee.
Bishop Susan holds a Doctor of Theology from Wycliffe College and the University of Toronto, along with honorary Doctor of Divinity degrees from Ãâ·Ñ»ÆÉ«appand Wycliffe College.
Raised in Hamilton, Ontario, she was ordained in the Diocese of Toronto and has held a variety of pastoral and leadership positions across Canada.
